Mediation
The way to an agreement? Let's try it outside the courtroom
Mediation is a way of resolving disputes outside the courtroom. A third independent and impartial person - the mediator - provides the conditions for the parties to negotiate. The mediator listens to both parties and helps them find a solution to their matter.
What can I offer?
- The key is a safe environment provided by the mediator so that both parties feel comfortable even when dealing with unpleasant issues
- The mediator is always impartial and independent toward all parties involved, and the essential rule is the absolute confidentiality of the mediation process and the confidentiality of the mediator. This means that under no condition will the mediator favor a certain involved party according to subjective views, and under no condition will the mediator cause harm to any party involved due to breaching of confidentiality. A guarantee of impartiality and confidentiality is an inherent part of every mediation process.
- As a lawyer, I can offer my perspective to the parties and draft a mediation agreement if they wish
